This role is based in Manila, Philippines and reports to a local manager but serves US businesses and customers. This opportunity is ideal for mature sales individuals who thrive in fast paced sales environments where the focus is providing real world solutions to our customer’s business challenges while providing them world class customer experience and actively taking part in building a winning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and solve for our customers business problems by recommending 8x8 products and services through solution selling

Manage their sales pipeline and utilize available resources to be able to meet and exceed their assigned revenue targets and other management objectives

Work with their leadership and other internal partners to support the company’s overall objectives

Positively contribute to company culture by helping create a Customer First, Product First, and People First environment

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year Tech Sales experience

Minimum of 1 year B2B customer-focused solutions-based sales experience

Minimum of 1 year exposure in selling UCaas, CCaas, or other SaaS services is a plus

Good problem solving skills

Demonstrates a strong sense of independence in their work. Should possess a proactive and resourceful mindset, taking ownership of their responsibilities and delivering results with minimal guidance. 

Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Exposure to sales pipeline management and forecasting

Self-motivated and able to survive and thrive in a fast paced results-driven sales environment

Basic Salesforce experience is a plus

Agreeable to work on-site in an office after the quarantine or when the conditions allow

Agreeable to work nights to support US based customers
