As a trusted advisor to government ministries and agencies, you will drive technology-led transformation at the heart of the Dutch public sector. You’ll work closely with senior officials, IT leaders, and cross-functional teams to reimagine how government delivers value to citizens. Leveraging Pega’s advanced AI and automation capabilities, you will help ministries achieve their strategic objectives—whether that’s improving service delivery, strengthening data security, or enhancing operational efficiency—always with a focus on public impact.

What You'll Do at Pega: Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels within government ministries, including CIOs, programme directors, and policy makers.Collaborate with both business and IT leaders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and co-create proposals that align with government policy, public value, and compliance requirements.Advise clients on best practices for designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable applications and AI-powered solutions that address public sector challenges such as citizen service, case management, and inter-agency collaboration.Serve as a subject matter expert in Pega technology and the unique needs of government organizations.Share insights on industry trends, Dutch government digital initiatives, and EU regulatory changes to help ministries maximize outcomes and future-proof their operations.Grow and manage a pipeline of opportunities within government accounts, ensuring a consistent focus on high-impact, mission-critical projects.Partner with Pega’s ecosystem of systems integrators, advisory firms, and implementation specialists with strong public sector experience to deliver end-to-end value.Provide thought leadership to government clients, helping them adopt AI and automation responsibly and in alignment with public sector values.Who You Are:

You are a motivated enterprise software sales executive with a passion for improving public services. You understand the unique challenges facing government organizations and have experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You are committed to learning about the latest technology and regulatory developments, and you are skilled at building credibility and trust with public sector clients. Dutch language proficiency and a knowledge of the Dutch government landscape are strong advantages.
