Overview What you’ll be doing: Are you a hungry, detail and service-oriented Account Coordinator/Executives with a love for iconic consumer brand, and maybe a soft spot for furry friends? We’re looking for passionate Account Executives to join our bespoke agency team. This is an exciting career building opportunity to work across beloved FMCG brands, offering a rich and varied experience within snacking, pet care, and food & nutrition as you support with translating regional strategies into best-in-class market-specific executions. You’ll be assisting with biddable media activation across OOH, print, TV, radio, and digital – and everything in between! This is a hands-on role, partnering closely with clients, stakeholders and media, building strong, trusted relationships through collaboration and delivery, whilst being guided by your Manager/s and the broader team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, pace, and performance, and has a strong appetite to learn. You will focus on media investment and campaign delivery - ensuring accuracy and timely execution of campaigns, from briefing through to launch and optimisation. You will use your responsiveness and client service skills to provide clear and proactive updates, that showcase results and drive actionable insights as you track investment performance. Importantly, you will upskill and grow under the guidance of an experienced client service team and be a valued member of a diverse and talented agency that supports your on-going growth and career development. What you will do with us: Build strong, effective partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and media partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery Execute the activation of cross-channel campaigns to meet planned objectives Ensure campaigns are tracked and optimised and complete media post campaign analysis Deliver timely and insightful media buys - highlighting buying deliveries, added value and any issues which may impact campaign delivery Support delivery of daily holdings checking, material management, POPs etc. Assist team in all planning by sourcing relevant information when requested Support in accurate buying / execution of campaign objectives and buying strategy Ensure final media buys are completed and correct, and manage buys within set budgets Deliver highly competitive rates across all media Provide client with latest market intelligence relevant to their business on a regular basis Work with the Investment team to understand how to optimise campaigns to deliver on set goals and KPIs Run weekly tracking reports across all active media channels Monitor campaigns to make sure they are delivering against planned objectives Apply learnings from previous campaigns in all relevant reports and assist team in running regular reports What you will bring: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a media agency or within a client facing publisher/media sales environment Strong understanding of traditional and digital media channels, as well as the media landscape, trends, and audience behaviour Good understand of the investment process as well as tools and buying fundamentals Proficiency in using media buying and analytics platforms, including SMD, eTAM, and other relevant tools Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for service and driving excellence Proficiency in Excel and media planning tools.
