Job Overview:
The Commerce Account Executive focuses on selling Commerce & Customer Care solutions to solve client business problems or solutions to help achieve success in their digital Commerce & Customer Care transformations. This position will focus on acquiring new clients as well as expansion of commerce and customer care services within existing clients with a particular emphasis on leveraging our channel partnerships.
Leveraging your large personal network, you will establish and develop trusted advisor level relationships with B2B and B2C marketing and technology executives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth for Perficient through the selling of services related to Commerce & Customer Care solutions with an understanding of one or more of the leading industry platforms like HCL Commerce, Adobe Commerce, IBM Sterling Order Management, KIBO, inriver, Akeneo, Amazon Connect, Five-9 and Twilio. You will work with our industry and technology experts to sell these solutions as well as complimentary solutions such as user experience design, digital marketing and data services.
