 About the team:

Purpose of role:

Take part of the growth and development of Alianza through our amazing brand portfolio and plans for each sub channel – mobilizing internal teams and building an extraordinary customer partnership to create a profitable and balance business with brilliant execution across all areas: POS, On Trade, Mid WHS and E-Commerce.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

Budget management in line with Trade Strategy, compliance with all CARM processes, appropriate levels of stock, optimal assortment, efficient distribution, timely cash collection and brilliant execution in the POS, Mid – WHS, On Trade and Ecommerce.Analysis and development of insights that can be quickly turned into actions that strengthen our Marketing and Commercial activities.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

Leading cross – functional teams across all areas of Diageo (Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) in order to develop, implement and measure all JBP activities, as well as going after opportunities that grow the category and increase penetration in TBA.Building a strategic customer partnership, effectively becoming a supplier of choice through a strong and multidisciplinary customer value creation approach.
