About the Role

Business Development and generation of leads in the market

Cold calling and stacking of industrial buildings in Ahmedabad and Gujarat

Provides transactional analysis support to the Transaction Management team, including presentations, data management

Participate in various real estate transactions including lease negotiation and administration

Prepares and tracks correspondence for broker engagements and market information

Need to also manage small/medium transactions under supervision of Seniors.

About You

Bachelors or master’s degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. 0-1 years related real estate experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
