Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Works with Sales Directors to review sales results, sales opportunities and operational issues
• Make retail observations and identify opportunities to expand presence in Walmart
• Understand Walmart’s category direction and influence strategic category growth
• Help Senior Account Executive prepare for presentations
• Meet or exceed all assigned financial goals.
• Understand and evaluate existing competitor strengths and weaknesses; develop strategic positioning of brands to obtain new business
• Understand Walmart’s requirements including but not limited to financial, contractual, distribution, operations and service
• Effectively communicates in both written and verbal formats relevant information to customer and within American Greetings
• Partners with internal departments to execute promotions and product programs.
• Addresses day-to-day account needs such as communications, issue resolution and coordination between functional teams
