If you are a career-driven, entrepreneurial self-starter, this is an opportunity to achieve your full potential with SWIS and SPG. **Job Summary** As an Account Executive at SWIS, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of renewal business for a portfolio of commercial accounts. This includes coordinating with retail agency partners, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate servicing of existing policies. The role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and a strategic approach to marketing renewal submissions and negotiating competitive terms with carrier partners. Key responsibilities include gathering updated risk information, preparing and submitting renewal marketing materials, analyzing carrier quotes and coverage comparisons, and delivering polished proposals to retail clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service standards and building long-term client and carrier relationships. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of commercial lines insurance products (especially E&S), strong market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. **Functions & Responsibilities:** + Market and quote renewal business and additional coverages in a timely and competitive manner + Deliver high-quality, professional customer service to clients and partners + Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with retail brokers and carrier partners + Accurately maintain and update internal tracking reports and systems + Process renewal policies, endorsements, and related documentation + Manage service items including change requests, binders, certificates, and other transactional support + Respond promptly and professionally to daily communications from company underwriters and brokers + Support the training and development of Assistant Account Executives, when applicable **Qualifications:** + Good problem solving and analytical abilities + Selling skills helpful along with ability to make recommendations for cross selling + 5-7 years’ experience with a strong working knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance coverages + 2-5 years of Department Account Management & Service Required Relevant Experience + Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) + P&C License **Required Skills:** + Strong computer skills: Proficient in MS Office in particular, Excel + Required Travel: Negligible + Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) **Benefits** At SWIS and SPG we want you to achieve an even work-life balance, and our benefits package allows you to manage your health, wellness, and financial future.
