**Overview**
The Account Executive works closely with greater account team, agency teams, and clients to coordinate and input on strategic development, creative development, and tactical execution for clients’ marketing campaigns. Account Executives are the **‘composers of the orchestra’** and are essential to make the process, and creative work, wonderful and effective!

Team Relationship & Management
+ Proactively Manages UP, DOWN, and ACROSS teams

+ Manages AAE and oversees and approves their responsibilities
+ Delegates work efficiently

+ Internally - as a Power of One structure, the team will be comprised of Account, Strategy, Creative, Digital, Production, Media
+ Cross-team – there will be interactions, collaboration and partnerships with the other Crest Forms
+ Externally – with P&G clients and other external agency partners
**Responsibilities**
Creative Development & Production:
+ Status
+ Leads any necessary status calls
+ Reviews and approves AAE’s status documents updates to ensure they are complete and comprehensive
+ Meeting Recaps (Internal/External)
+ Leads process for finalizing meeting reports after all meetings, including confirming need for recap with AD and sharing with AD for approval in timely fashion
+ Timelines
+ Works closely with AD and Project Manager to create and manage project and production timelines
+ Digital & Social Production
+ Spearheads Digital creative development/activation from brief to release and acts as liaison with Brand, Creatives, IP’s, Strategy, and Producers
+ Working with clients to create accurate and actionable briefs, reviewing creative to ensure all work is on strategy, put on “client hat” to evaluate and build on creative during internal reviews, present and defend the work with clients and push creatives team when work can be better
+ Prepares and leads creative calls with Brand team
+ Broadcast/Video Production
+ Support all aspects of broadcast production process, including:
+ Creating decks, Writing Pre-Bids and overseeing development of Pre-Pro Meeting materials
+ Manages substantiation documents, network clearance and legal reviews run smoothly
+ eCommerce (Online Retailer enhanced content & secondary image creation/updates)
+ Spearhead eCommerce creative development from brief to release and acts as owner and liaison with Brand, Creatives, AD and Program Managers
+ Tracking accurately on scope for eCommerce workstream
Oversees and Approves AAE’s Responsibilities:
+ Budgets/Finance
+ Reviews AAE’s budget documents in order to make sure they are kept up to date, accurate, and thoroughly detailed. Ensures this is done consistently, as changes happen in real time, so there is no scrambling/backtracking whenever reconciliation or new budget requests arise. This will help with both accuracy and time management.
+ Working closely with AAE(s) to keep budgets updated and flag any issues.
+ Oversees AAE’s communication with business managers, talent managers, production managers to ensure all Agency/Brand process is abided by in a timely fashion.
+ Talent
+ Keeps a very close eye on all Talent and Trafficking updates to ensure that all Holding Fees, talent terms / expiration dates, upcoming costs, etc are accounted for. Reviews and approves talent estimates and ensuring that talent estimates are accurate according to latest media weights (for North America), and monitors actuals/accrued costs, vs. planned spends, on a regular/as-needed basis.
+ Trafficking (US & CA)
+ Traffics and/or approves AAE’s trafficking responsibilities – TV, print, and digital trafficking process including trafficking forms, asset hand off, substantiation documents, network clearance, closed captioning and legal reviews.
Understanding the Brand’s Business:
+ Well-versed with brands’ historical & current toolkits/work
+ Proactively understands the brand’s historical work, in order to provide helpful perspective & insights based on past campaigns quickly, in times of need.
+ Become competitive activity expert
+ Oversees AAE’s competitive alerts come through on weekly basis to ensure strategically we are providing value.
+ Immersed in P&G culture, updates, trend
+ Stays abreast to latest news, memorize client team structure, and know who’s who in P&G leadership.
+ Be passionate about industry, brand and cultural trends related to our categories and brands.
**Qualifications**
• 2-3+ years of relatable experience in client service and/or project management
• Solutions-oriented; always has solutions in mind when managing up
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A passion for creativity

Compensation Range: $64,400- $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
