Job DescriptionWe are looking for a competent Account Executive in Digital Marketing to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. Reporting to our Client Management team, you'll be directly responsible for supporting the management of a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients goals and how our work delivers to support them. You will be experienced in sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
You will support our client lead, or in specific cases be our client lead, looking for the efficient way of running your assigned client accounts, ensuring client teams are achieving expectations set out by our client lead.Responsible for independently performing BAU tasks, such as pacing, reporting, etc on your assigned client accounts, including data, technology auditing and contact report creation.You will understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client team. You will understand how they effects and impact the wider business.You will understand client management best practices.You will contribute towards the success of your hub.Qualifications1+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager, or similar sales/customer service roleUnderstanding of Google Ads, Facebook, GMP, Analytics value and operationExperience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and converse with confidence.Good commercial awarenessExperience with digital projects and stay up to date with industry trends new skills
