**Overview**
**GENERAL SUMMARY**
As the primary market expert, you will take ownership of understanding market dynamics, build strong client relationships, and manage all Lexus Dealer Association client requests. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication to drive impactful results across media, experiential, and regional market-level efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Be the go-to expert for assigned markets, continuously analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business challenges. Proactively identify new opportunities to support business growth and address potential market gaps.
+ Conduct regular in-market store visits across the Western region, gathering key insights pertaining to market priorities, while fostering strong relationships with dealers and key clients.
+ Develop comprehensive market briefs that outline business objectives, strategic priorities, budget allocations, and recommended tactics, ensuring alignment between media and experiential teams for successful plan development.
+ Determine and manage monthly video content rotations for each market, ensuring alignment with model priorities and direction set by the Dealer Association and Western Area client.
+ Craft and distribute a monthly newsletter featuring high-level market insights, key performance metrics, important updates, and valuable resources tailored for Dealer Associations.
+ Oversee the coordination and securing of branded vehicle displays, and other experiential marketing activations, ensuring alignment with broader regional strategies and brand objectives.
+ Lead the development, review, and approval of experiential marketing creative, ensuring all materials are on-brand and meet strategic goals for the market.
+ Serve as the ultimate brand champion for assigned markets, acting as the primary point of contact for all client deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring that all budgetary elements are met.
+ Lead client meetings and have the ability to deliver enthusiastic, persuasive presentations.
+ Travel frequently to markets in Western region
+ Contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment. Achieve outstanding results, all while maintaining a sense of fun and camaraderie.
**Qualifications:**
+ Preferred experience in regional/market level support, media or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
+ Ideally, the candidate would have a strong understanding of regional market and dealer dynamics.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives.
+ Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to think strategically moderately, while executing at a detailed level.
**Qualifications**
**Experience:** 2-3 years of regional marketing experience. Automotive experience a plus.
**Education:** 4-year college degree or equivalent; Advertising/Marketing degree preferred.
**Skills and Abilities:** This person must be highly organized and detail oriented, with a charismatic and varied communication style. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and FileMaker. Must handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be willing to be on call for client needs and requests.

There may be times when lifting up to 25lbs. is required. Overtime, including evenings and/or weekend work may be required. There may be occasion to travel. Compensation Range: $59,850 - $86,680 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
