We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will identify and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound prospecting activities. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by creating interest in our products or services and setting qualified meetings for the sales team.Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in IT sales, including at least 1 year in a similar role.2–3 years of sales account management experience or equivalent.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within the team and with Microsoft resources.Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is requiredSales skills – Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.Microsoft AZ900 Certification.Key Responsibilities:
Work with a team and report directly to a sales ManagerIdentify priority accounts and connect them with appropriate licensing solutions through targeted Telesales campaign calls.Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, accurately executing current licensing programs and campaigns using CRM systems.Effectively handle customer calls by:Resolving customer issues and challenges efficiently.Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of licensing programs, Microsoft products, and campaigns.Providing accurate pre-sales information to customers.Identify opportunities to engage Microsoft partners, sales, or services teams to enhance the customer relationship and act accordingly.Transition from transactional to consultative selling by recognizing customer pain points and offering immediate, strategic solutions.Demonstrate an understanding of the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and the Microsoft partner ecosystem's impact.Utilize the Microsoft Sales Process (MSP) and BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework to qualify leads, assess opportunities, and log them accurately in the CRM system for seamless handoff to the appropriate opportunity owner.Convert Microsoft-provided leads into qualified opportunities while also demonstrating the initiative to generate new leads independently.Ensure smooth transitions of qualified opportunities to appropriate owners within the sales process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity and customer information within the CRM tool.Location:
