Account Executive
100% on-site role in office in Elk Grove, CA; no remote capabilities Position Summary: The Account Executive is the primary interface that is responsible for the development of business relationships with current ALLDATA Collision customers. They will provide post-sales support to current ALLDATA Collision customers, identify and grow sales opportunities in assigned territories. Product development support, post sales relations, customer retention, sales skills, follow-up and action planning are key elements of this position. Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned: · Onboard/Welcome and setup new customers · Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers · Contact customers to review their business and ensure customer loyalty/retention · Take ownership of customer issues and drives to resolution in a timely manner and keep track of all processes that pertain to customer requests · Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs · Renew existing subscriptions · Identify sales opportunities to increase customer profitability and drive company revenue · Work with other departments to deliver maximum customer retention, sales revenue and net sales profit · Actively participate in customer support call queue daily · Train, educate, and consult customers on how to best use their ALLDATA products · Achieve daily and weekly key performance indicators to ensure maximum territory coverage · Maintain availability within scheduled shift to be accessible to clients when needed · Other duties as assigned Position Requirements: · High School graduate or GED certificate · 5 years’ account management or sales experience · Ability to speak French/Spanish is a plus · Ability and willing to sell/upsell to existing customer experience · Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships within the ALLDATA · Problem solving, organizational, and time management skills · Strong listening and communication skills · Self-motivated/self-starter with strong work ethic · Ability to maintain composure and professionalism with customers and colleagues · Bi-lingual is a plus · Automotive knowledge is a plus · Proven ability to work independently · Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel · Minimal domestic travel may be required (less than 10%) The base salary for this position is $68,640 with the potential to earn up to $90,000 OTE. ALLDATA values and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Compensation Range (USD): MIN 40500.0 - MID 57500.0 - MAX 74500.0
