Location: London

Hybrid: 1 day a week in office

What You’ll Do

Identify and approach prospective clients within the staffing and in-house recruitment sectors Generate leads through networking, events, referrals, and digital outreach Engage with prospects to understand business pain points and recruitment challenges Present tailored solutions that align with specific client goals and objectives Build and execute territory or vertical-specific sales strategies Track industry trends and competitor activity Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales development, and product specialists Deliver personalised, engaging product demos both virtually and in-person Highlight solution benefits relevant to the client’s needs and use cases Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders Act as a liaison between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure satisfaction and onboarding success

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, ideally within the recruitment technology or broader HR tech sector Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g. as a recruiter or consultant) strongly preferred Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue goals Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Consultative and solution-focused sales approach Highly motivated and comfortable working independently Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (as required)
