Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. + Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to communicate and liase with internal stakeholders. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. + Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth and achieve quarterly and annual targets. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships and introduce new Google Ads solutions. + Lead the discussion and closure of complex annual agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships. + Establish and maintain a consistent cadence of communication with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives and marketing teams. + Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Provide expert consultation to clients on best practices for leveraging Google Ads to achieve their marketing objectives. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.
