About the Job As an Account Executive you will drive growth by connecting with prospective clients across the United States, focusing on smaller markets and high-velocity sales. You’ll build relationships, uncover opportunities, and close deals that make a real impact. We’re seeking a motivated self-starter who thrives on challenge, embraces rejection as a learning opportunity, and is passionate about helping communities access valuable solutions.
What you will do Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor. Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, self-sourcing, and collaborating with Sales Development Representatives. Engage in high-volume prospecting, using creative strategies to generate leads. Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills throughout the sales process. Manage the full sales cycle: qualify leads, present solutions, handle objections, and close deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded. Leverage CRM and digital tools to track progress, manage pipeline, and report results. Continuously develop your skills through training, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
What you need 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Resilience, persistence, and a hunter mindset—comfortable with high rejection rates and motivated by results. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to quickly learn new products and adapt to changing environments. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce.com), Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools.
What makes you a Standout Bachelor’s degree. Consistent achievement of sales quotas in previous roles. Experience selling to government or public sector clients. Proven success in high-volume, outbound sales environments

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually with a commission target of $40,000 - $50,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
