Job Description

Reporting to our VP, Client Management, you will lead on important client partnerships, maintaining high levels of satisfaction, retention.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will lead one or more client accounts, anticipating our client's needs, and identifying and pursuing growth opportunitiesYou will collaborate with others to create strong client relationships, expressed through client feedback and client retentionYou will be seen by a client as the lead voice, being a trusted advisorYou will provide direction to the client team and set and manage measurements that positively affect our clients' goalsAs a lead, you will manage client commercial targets, contributing to the commercial success of clients in your portfolio, as evidenced by year-on-year growthYou will follow client management best practices and achieve internal KPIs to lead the strongest client partnershipsYou will promote how Jellyfish products and solutions can support clients’ KPIsYou will support our client team(s), ensuring they have the appropriate resources needed to meet client needs

Qualifications8 years+ experience working in media, specifically with clients in the retail sectorExpertise in delivering high-profile campaigns and retainersExperience supporting and mentoring junior team membersGreat at building relationships at all levels and inspiring confidence in the delivery of projectsCompelling written and verbal skills to convey complex information simplyArticulate, incisive, and able to build constructive and lasting colleague/client relationshipsExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to flex and pivot in a fast-paced industry
