Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead revenue growth and ensure profitability for assigned accountsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service deliveryManage, mentor, and inspire on-site teams to achieve performance goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive account growthOversee resource planning, scheduling, and workforce optimizationRecruit, onboard, and train team members to support operational successEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocolsDrive client satisfaction and long-term account retention

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities ManagementAwareness of technical elements needed to deliver services supportAttracts, develops and retains employees, providing a safe, supportive work environment, supporting People strategiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.Must pass a Federal criminal background check
