We are committed to advancing the communications industry through cutting-edge analytics, unique creative and impactful earned-first storytelling, strategic stakeholder engagement and sophisticated influencer marketing. **Overview** As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex regional and local integrated ‘corp-sumer’ PR accounts, leading strategic planning and counsel, and ensuring quality and excellence in delivery. Serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to junior team members, you can solve problems creatively and build up high-performing teams. You’ll also be involved in developing new business proposals to support agency and capability growth. **Responsibilities** + Serve as the team’s account lead for your clients, providing day-to-day strategic counsel and ensuring that all planning and execution align with client goals and objectives. + Lead the development of PR strategy for clients and oversee execution excellence, ensuring that tactics are delivered against KPIs. + Manage, guide and mentor your account teams to develop a collaborative, functional and high-performing mindset that always seeks to deliver the best possible outcomes. + Cultivate strong working relationships with your clients, so that you are seen as a trusted partner to their business. + Manage your accounts’ financial processes and integrity including budgeting, contracting, billing, profitability and forecasting. + Take an active role in seeking new business prospects and provide senior team support on pitches. + Be involved in developing and carrying out training programs for junior team members. **Qualifications** + 8 – 10 years of agency experience required, spanning consumer and corporate remits. + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – a strong writer and editor, and confident presenter. + Experience in leading multiple account teams and mentoring junior team members. + Experience in regional accounts, particularly in managing SEA markets from a Singapore hub. + Ability to handle multiple fast-paced assignments/projects. + Understanding of agency revenue and financial management **Additional information** Why Join MSL Singapore: + You will get to lead regional and local PR strategy and execution on some of the world’s biggest and most iconic brands in travel, tourism, FMCG, retail, and many more. + You will be part of a team that prioritises well-being, positive learning and collaborative teamwork. + Under the Publicis Groupe umbrella, you will work within an extensive, dynamic network of creative, digital, media and communications agencies that sit at the forefront of the global communications industry. + You will have flexible hybrid working arrangements and a suite of benefits including the Publicis Groupe ‘Work Your World’ program.
