Overview The Account Director is the orchestrator and client liaison for production jobs – collaborating with the various production hubs, remote content studios and specialist producers as needed to deliver omni-channel global production on time and on budget, delighting our clients in the process. Responsibilities PRODUCTION EXPERTISE – Support high-volume, multi-channel production and adaptation, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of assets across digital, print, social, and broadcast. Partner with internal teams to streamline versioning, localization, and asset management through tech-enabled solutions. TEAM ORCHESTRATION – Lead a diverse, cross-matrixed team of production professionals, enhancing their engagement with client teams to achieve objectives. Directly manage Project Managers. PROJECT OVERSIGHT – accountable for the successful completion of each assigned brief and providing clear communication of requirements to the regional, global, or onsite studio. FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT – own related production financials in collaboration with Producers, Business Affairs, and Studio Lead including estimating, billing and reconciling jobs, requesting POs and tracking usage TECHNOLOGY-ENABLED WAYS OF WORKING – Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable production models that align with client goals and campaign timelines. Identify opportunities to integrate automation and technology into workflows to improve consistency, speed, and efficiency. Client and Creative Agency Engagement Serve as client-facing project orchestrator from kick-off to delivery. Build a strong and trusted relationship with Client and IAT Agencies through consistent connection & collaboration, responsiveness, accountability, and proactive problem-solving Understand and document (in account plans) client strategic objectives and how projects support them; when possible, provide suggestions to help achieve objectives. Participate in IAT, internal and client status meetings – including monitoring up-to-date status sheet of all live briefs and work in pipeline Serve as the first escalation point for client concerns with ongoing service deliver Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in a Production, Account Service, Project Management environments within marketing / advertising agency environment Experience with or deep interest in technology/AI-enabled content delivery Strong writing & presentation skills that ensure clear communication both internally and with our clients. Able to resolve ambiguous situations independently while escalating internally where appropriate. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
