Digitas — The Networked Experience Agency. We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team on a 12-month parental cover. The Account Director will play a leading role in the CX transformation of iconic NZ brands, crafting end-to-end customer experiences across all digital touchpoints. You will drive the digital campaign and programme activities and be directly involved with delivering the accounts revenue and profitability objectives. Actionable insights into customer behaviour are at the heart of Digitas NZ value proposition and understanding these insights, shaping them into communications for customers and executing these across all digital touchpoints are all integral elements of this role. To succeed in this role, you'll expertly manage various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, suppliers, and partner agencies, ensuring effective communication channels deliver the right information at the right time. You'll drive business growth from the team's client base, coaching junior team members in leadership for planning, project administration, and client digital projects. You'll analyse retention, job and client profitability, and account growth, providing strategic guidance to uncover profit and revenue opportunities. Additionally, you'll gather competitive product information and evaluate industry trends, keeping team activity and forecasts current with new insights.
