Job Title: Account Development Executive

Location: Manhattan, NY

Compensation: Base + Commission (Up to $350 per partner converted)

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new delivery initiative launching in your area. As a Account Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in recruiting local businesses to join a confidential delivery partner program. You’ll work closely with a Field Manager and a team of local contractors to identify, engage, and onboard qualified businesses. This role involves direct outreach, community engagement, and event coordination. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, building relationships, and making a tangible impact in their community.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective businesses in ManhattanPresent and pitch the delivery partner program to generate interest and applicationsQualify businesses and guide them through the application and vetting processTrack leads and manage your pipeline using SalesforceSupport planning and execution of local recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats)Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development groupsImport and manage data using Excel and Salesforce on a weekly basisRequired Skills & Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in sales and/or customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and urgencyTech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systemsDetail-oriented with problem-solving capabilitiesWillingness to travel up to 4 hours round trip dailyExperience in field sales or customer negotiation is a plusBilingual skills are a bonusTop Skills:Outside SalesB2B SalesSalesforce CRMField SalesSales SupportCommunity Engagement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
