Account Development Executive
Job Title: Account Development Executive Location: Newport, Lincoln City or Tillamook, Oregon + This is an Outside Sales role, using your own vehicle, mileage is reimbursed weekly at .70 cents per mile + Uncapped commission with competitive base pay. Job Description We are seeking Account Development Executives to launch a new partnership program with local businesses in rural communities. The role involves collaborating with businesses to identify partnerships that expand small businesses and increase their income. Responsibilities + Travel within an assigned territory 4 days a week, with remote work when not traveling. + Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within a two-hour driving distance. + Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and guide businesses through the application and vetting process. + Track lead activity and manage the pipeline using Salesforce. + Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch and learns, town hall meetings, and coffee chats. + Partner with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations. + Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly. + Maintain and assign leads to the sales team and prospect for new leads. + Manage the flow of incoming leads and create and maintain sales reports. + Analyze lead data, including conversion rates and cost of leads. + Act as a liaison with other groups in the company to improve sales processes. Essential Skills + 1-2 years of prior field sales and/or customer service experience, including reporting, lead tracking, and list management. + Exceptional customer service and communication skills. + Experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is a plus. + Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency. + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for field applicants. + Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce.com or other SFA tools. + Tech-savvy with experience in online research. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Must reside in Lincoln City, Newport, or Tillamook, OR. + Ability to be in the market for up to 8 hours daily. Work Environment Work involves 4-5 days in the field recruiting for partnerships, with travel required 4-5 days per week during core business hours. Employees return home every night, with no weekend or overnight travel. Reliable transportation is needed. The role offers uncapped commissions, expected to be around $14,000 per year for high performers, a $50 monthly phone bill reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement at 70 cents per mile. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
