Account Coordinator/Content Analyst – Social

With a strong, active and familial culture, Pub United is the agency’s social club, hosting events as wide reaching as Curling, Trivia Nights and more. **Overview** We’re looking for an Account Coordinator/Content Analyst – Social, out of our Windsor, Ontario office. This will be a 16-month contract role. The Account Coordinator/Content Analyst will work collaboratively with the North American Social team to implement social media campaigns that engage, inspire, and persuade automotive buyers. This person will be passionate, intuitive, and sociable in all aspects. A hunger to evolve as quickly as the space, confident to pitch new ideas and adaptable to take on six distinct brand voices all in one day. **Responsibilities** + Assisting team in creating and approving social, video & display assets, ad-copy,creative calendars and other media assets. + Scheduling and managing content in social media management tools for client approval. + Community management of comments and customer service complaints acrosssocial media channels. + Review social media metrics and results and provide insights from the industry and overall marketing campaigns and identify trends. + Assist with the curation of images to support digital integration. + Work closely with the Canadian and North American social team to implement the North American strategy. + Coordinate with the French Community Manager to ensure assets are being distributed. + Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams and partners. + Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned. **Qualifications** + Educational background in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Englishpreferred. + 1-2 years’ experience in a social media/digital marketing role. + Fluent in English both written and spoken. French is an asset. + Exceptional oral and interpersonal abilities. + Advanced knowledge of Social Media Advertising platforms (including paidadvertising) – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchatetc. + Working knowledge of digital space including website and online advertising bestpractices. + Solid grasp of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. + Must possess superior organizational abilities and attention to detail. + Strong sense of urgency and meeting deadlines, ability to work independently withminimal supervision. + Takes initiative **Additional information** Publicis Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce representative of our community.
