JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Client Services is an Account Management team that is responsible for providing the best possible client service to our agency and brand partners from the moment they are introduced to FOX. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this team thrives. From pre-sale to post-sale touching every aspect of a campaign to help ensure its success. Client Services prioritizes strong client relationships while also partnering with key internal stakeholders to refine account support and maintenance strategies, monitor and optimize campaign performance, and ensure accurate invoicing and revenue reporting.  

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team. In this entry level position, the Account Coordinator will play a key part in supporting client relationships, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish, and helping deliver exceptional service that drives results. Working across all of the FOX Sports, Entertainment and News, there is great potential for growth and achievement within the organization. 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Account Executive and Account Managers in the maintenance of Linear TV deals 

Collaborates within teams as needed by assisting with media schedules, trafficking, and reporting 

Communicates across multiple departments within the organization to facilitate deal stewardship and campaign execution 

Supports the accounts to which they are assigned, ensuring deal accuracy and full-service execution from the pitch to the payment 

Assists in the communication between Advertising Sales and existing clients as needed 

Maintains communication about client needs and requests to internal teams to help prioritize most requested opportunities 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Experience in media preferred 

Experience with Excel and PowerPoint 

A keen eye toward process adherence to create a smooth workflow 

Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to meet timelines 

Clear and frequent communication skills 

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail 

A collaborative team player who works well with diverse groups 

Proactive problem-solver who takes the initiative to address client needs 

Skilled at balancing competing clients and workflow demands to maintain accuracy 

Adaptable and resilient, able to manage a fast-paced environment and changing priorities with composure.

Experience operating in an agency Account Management like role, with responsibility for supporting campaigns and clients

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-26.45 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
