What You'll Do as an Account Coordinator:

Be the main point of contact for assigned customers—answering questions, sharing updates, and building strong relationships.Coordinate orders from start to finish, working closely with sales and manufacturing teams to keep projects on track.Review and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Communicate clearly with customers about pricing, artwork, samples, and approvals.Monitor order progress, address issues proactively, and resolve concerns professionally.Help improve customer experience through collaboration and problem-solving.Support and train new team members as needed.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Previous customer service, account coordination, or administrative experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy building relationships.Organizational skills to manage multiple customer programs and deadlines at once.A detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable learning new products, processes, and systems.
