**About the Role** **Retail at Uber** With GR we are building Uber's next 10^10 business. With a focus on rapid growth, cutting-edge technology, and a seamless user experience, we’re pushing the boundaries of convenience in the on-demand ecosystem. **About the Role** The GR account coordinator will drive business growth and innovation by supporting partner managers handling a critical portfolio of retailers. The ideal candidate will be able to build processes and scale efforts to achieve an expansion of the merchant's business at Uber. A successful account coordinator deeply understands our partners, builds positive relationships with decision makers, influences throughout the organization, and optimally identifies and exploits opportunities to improve core business metrics. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. As an account coordinator, you will be responsible for working hand in hand with a senior partner manager to craft initiatives to develop the topline (orders, clients, revenue) and improve operations of merchants 2. You will be responsible for managing the SMB (small and medium businesses) retail portfolio across Spain 3. You will build long-term relationships with the retailers, ultimately improving their financials, marketing efforts, engagement and satisfaction 4. You’ll be a key influence in their delivery business and will provide strategic recommendations based on your knowledge of the industry, data analysis and expertise 5. You will support your portfolio of clients with day to day asks as well as long term plans 6. You will act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 1. Interest about on demand delivery and retail 2. English working proficiency and Spanish native proficiency 3. At least, 2 years of professional experience 4. Willingness to get into the weeds (no matter how deep) and push through despite difficulties 5. Customer obsession, proactivity and willingness to build positive and lasting relationships with our partners, bringing them added value and helping them reach their potential on Uber 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills 7. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and derive conclusions from it. Experience with excel is needed and interest in learning SQL 8. Good attention to detail 9.
