Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsScreen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondencePrepare and edit documents, presentations, and reportsCoordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and eventsMaintain confidential files and recordsAnticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issuesAccount Communication Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client account, managing day-to-day communications and relationshipsDevelop and implement tailored communication strategies for Internal Stakeholders, client, aligning with their goals and brand identityCreate and deliver high-quality written content including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and marketing materialsMonitor industry trends and provide strategic communication advice to clientsOrganize and conduct client meetings, presentations, and status updatesCoordinate with media outlets and manage public relations efforts for clientsAnalyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide regular reportsCross-Functional Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholdersResearch and compile information for executive and client decision-makingHandle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityContribute to new business pitches and proposal developmentProvide general administrative support as neededQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred3-5 years of experience in executive administrative support and/or account managementExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and client relationship managementKnowledge of various communication channels and current industry trendsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProblem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasksDesired Skills
