We are seeking a talented and driven Account / Client Engagement Manager to join our growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in managing strategic accounts, ensuring successful delivery of services and solutions, and driving long-term client success.
As an Account / Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects and services for our key clients. With a focus on quality, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, you’ll act as the primary client liaison while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Day to day responsibilities:
Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects and services in line with contractual obligations. Client Engagement - Build trusted client relationships as their primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively. Guide cross-functional global delivery teams, encouraging collaboration and accountability to meet project goals. Monitor delivery quality and ensure outputs align with expectations and industry standards. Allocate and manage resources efficiently to support delivery excellence across accounts. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact and ensure consistent progress. Provide timely and transparent updates to internal and external stakeholders on project performance, milestones, and risks. Innovation & Problem Solving - Drive innovative solutions that help address customer challenges, improve outcomes, and deliver tangible business value.
What you will bring:
Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Delivery Management or Client Engagement within an SI (System Integrator) or Consulting environment. Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients and complex project portfolios for BFSI customers Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to ideate and introduce creative, customer-centric solutions to evolving client needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple teams. A consultative approach with a deep understanding of customer needs and business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications (preferred). Background in IT consulting or digital transformation delivery is a plus.
