Marsh McLennan Agency East Region's Middle Market Business Insurance team is seeking an experienced Account Analyst. The Analyst will work closely with the Account Management team and Producers to support clients with day-to-day service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited, to the following:

Assist clients with service, risk management, and claim reporting needs.Prepare and deliver Certificates of Insurance and Auto IDs for clients.Communicate with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.Prepare new business and renewal reviews and premium/loss summaries in accordance with timelines set by Account Executive.Update future applications for renewal preparation.Gather and review loss data to prepare detailed premium and loss summaries.Assist with the development of client proposals.Coordinate efforts with Account Executive to resolve complex client issues.Manage timetable for new business marketing and renewal process.Create reports for clients, underwriters, and internal teams as needed.Help keep the team organized and on track.Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

College degree preferred.Two years of Business Insurance experience preferred.Holds required and appropriate insurance agent’s license.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Good time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.Proficient in standard computer applications.  Proficiency with Applied Epic preferred.Regular and predictable attendance in accordance with the limitations and reporting procedures established by the company from time to time.Employees are required to be fit-for-duty which includes not being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. WORK LOCATION

Work is typically performed in a hybrid manner at MMA East’s Conshohocken, PA office

The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,000-70,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
