Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements. Generate information for filling out the required statutory and management financial reports. Prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts. Prepare monthly financial statement (Balance Sheet, P&L & financial attached reconciliations for review and approvals of Controller & Planning Team (before and after upload in HFM) Execute financial report Pepsico (Smartview / FDM – HFM). Support to the business unit in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes. Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization. Generate clear communication with OU, Intercompany counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the CSS. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education University Degree in Accounting - required Experience Experience in accounting US GAAP, control environment and sox compliance - desirable Experience – 1 to 2 years in financial statement preparation and reporting in a large company, multi-unit environment - required Office Intermediate - required English Level 70% - desirable Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management - not only in Mexico, but internationally as well. - required Advanced knowledge of the principles processes (Bank Statement/AP/FA/AR/GL/Intercompanies/Financial Reporting), and business standards for integrated financial analysis. - desirable Knowledge in the following ERP´s: SAP, HFM, FDM. – desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). - required If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
