The Account Coordinator reports into the Global Operations Lead and has responsibility for providing professional administrative and coordination support to the Operations Team and the wider Account.The role is expected to support the C&W Team across the HSBC Account in meeting the key performance indicators, demonstrating continuous improvement in service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction by use of effective administrative tools and practices
This role requires a dynamic and experienced support professional to build and drive coordination and admin functions across the Account.
Job Description
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Team and the wider Account
• Support the creation and maintenance of agenda’s, minutes, presentations and other key documents
• Support the scheduling and attendees of virtual and in person meetings
• Use C&W systems, ensuring correct data entry and providing overall system administration
• Maintain, organise and control all central files, information, data, reports including all paperwork and electronic documentation
• Assist in reviewing, maintaining Playbooks
• Develop a close working relationship with relevant Clients, stakeholders/partners
• Assist with dairy management of the Account Leadership
• Manage Technology User personas list which requires review quarterly with client and supplier partners
• Assist with travel planning and booking
• Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
• Provide support for regular management reports and projects as required
• Assist with driving consistency of communication across all media.
• Develop an understanding of the Client’s business and needs
• Contribute to ensuring C&W achieve performance KPIs
• Driving improvement and efficiency
• Support Account Leadership Team with communication, presentations and collateral.
• Collaborate with the wider C&W
• Support Client / presentations as required, including QBR and other account review
• Support HSBC where appropriate and practical.
• Use communications technology to boost productivity
