As an Account Administrator in Engineering Services, you’ll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide.
As an Account Administrator, a typical day might include the following:
Create and maintain project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets and summary spreadsheets.
Review project proposals for accuracy and adherence to established style guidelines.
Administer the flow of project documents between internal and external stakeholders.
Enter and track vendor orders, manage logistics and monitor past due accounts. Adhere to established processes and proactively identify and report potential project issues as they arise.
Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Experience working in a professional setting
Strong computer, telephone, proofreading and filing skills
The ability to learn concepts and technical details of products and services
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
Related Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of accounting principles
International shipping experience
Experience with Deltek Vision or other project management software

Pay Range Data
$20.77 - $31.15 per hour. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The pay range may differ in other locations based on cost of labor. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
