As an Account Administrator in Government Engineering Solutions, you’ll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide.

As an Account Administrator, a typical day might include the following:
Create and maintain project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets and summary spreadsheets.Review project proposals for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines.Administer the flow of project documents between internal and external stakeholdersEnter and track orders, manage logistics and monitor past due accounts.Track and report project measures such as project expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality related measures. Report potential project problems as soon as they can be identified.Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support as needed.Ownership of the invoice process to customers.

Pay Range Data
$20.77 - $31.15 per hour. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The pay range may differ in other locations based on cost of labor. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
