Accident Benefits Clerk
Job Description Insight Global is hiring an Accident Benefits Clerk on behalf of a boutique civil law firm in Toronto that has been serving the community for over 35 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, dedicated legal team that values precision, client advocacy, and long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Statutory Accident Benefits (SABS) and Legal Expense Insurance (LET), and will play a key role in supporting the firms personal injury and civil litigation practice. Key Responsibilities  Assist lawyers in managing accident benefits files, including intake, documentation, and follow-up.  Review and organize medical records, insurance forms, and legal documents related to SABS and LET claims.  Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and healthcare providers to gather and clarify information.  Prepare and submit accident benefits applications and supporting documentation.  Track deadlines, maintain file organization, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and firm procedures.  Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and file updates.
