We are currently looking for an Accessibility Testing Lead role focused on ensuring digital products meet accessibility standards through auditing, providing detailed feedback, and coaching development teams on usability and compliance. Your impact on team The Accessibility Testing Lead position supports product teams in implementing accessibility best practices, reviewing UX designs and deliverables, and providing technical direction for WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) compliance, and VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) completion. You are a coach for development teams creating accessible products. What you will be doing Audit features and user flows for WCAG compliance, providing clear feedback on usability and compliance issues, using both automated and manual testing methods Guide product teams in applying accessibility best practices, including UX optimization, requirements definition, technical implementation, and automated/manual WCAG compliance testing Review UX designs, deliverables, and accessibility markup, offering actionable recommendations and final approval to ensure accessibility standards are met Deliver detailed technical guidance to product teams for implementing accessible solutions, ensuring alignment with WCAG and other relevant accessibility guidelines Guide teams through accessibility fixes to support VPAT completion We are looking for someone having: A bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Good to have IAAP CPACC certification Overall +5 year’s of experience using assistive technology hardware/software, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, Dragon Naturally Speaking, etc. +3 years auditing products/applications against WCAG using both manual and automated testing methods and providing detailed remediation feedback +3 years experience creating accessibility conformance reports for products/applications. Solid knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS 3+ years working with inclusive design and UX Expert-level knowledge of ADA, WCAG, and Section 508 Prior experience with iOS/Android and web mobile applications Strong interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with Agile software teams as an external consultant Why work for us?
