Access Review Analyst

KEY OBJECTIVE

The North America Identity Governance team is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable technical analyst who can manage technical recertifications from end to end. This position will perform and support execution of key technical privileged access recertifications and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls. This role will proactively initiate the recertification campaigns leveraging pre-defined processes, tools and automations to order to assess the appropriateness of user access on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with key Stakeholders (Audit, GRC etc.) to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards and best practices. 

Responsibilities

 

Develop and maintain SoD matric and documentation that outlines acceptable access levels and segregation based on role, while ensuring all required artifacts and evidence are documented accurately.  Execute infrastructure recertification campaigns end to end quarterly, providing documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for the population, review evidence and remediations.  Prepare and submit remediation plans (access revokes) to the appropriate IT provisioning teams and track timeliness and completeness of the revokes to ensure compliance to currently control execution SLAs. Partner with Recertification team to stage and launch the reviews within the enterprise recertification tool. Manage and support automation created for the reviews, troubleshooting issues if results are not accurate.  Assist the Identity Governance team by performing root cause analysis and impact assessments when control exceptions are identified by the audit teams. Identifying opportunities for improvement and automation  Develop and maintain new automations or quality assurance processes to drive timely and accurate completion of recertification reviews. Report daily status updates and results to the North American Identity Governance team to ensure alignment between teams.  Qualifications Responsibilities require strong collaboration with the Identity Governance team, in support of key privileged access controls across IT functions Strong understanding of general IT controls relating to access management and operating environments to include mainframe, Windows, UNIX, SQL, and cloud (Azure and Google Cloud platform) Strong understanding over System Development Life Cycle process, AGILE, SoD, and DevOps processes and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, etc.  Working knowledge of general auditing processes and standards is beneficial, though not required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Execute and deliver assignments timely without constant management oversight while producing results  Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data Demonstrates sense of urgency and a high degree of initiative and professional judgment
