When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Cybersecurity team you will perform identity and access management with Active Directory, securing access for PwC employees. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical knowledge, handling intricate tasks and conducting thorough analyzes to support specific projects. This role offers the chance to enhance your skills in Powershell and scripting while working in a dynamic environment that values quality results and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage identity and access protocols using Active Directory
- Facilitate secure access for employees through proactive permissions management
- Conduct thorough analyzes to support access management projects
- Utilize a ticketing system for tracking access requests and issues
- Review and adjust user permissions based on role requirements
- Enhance scripting skills through Powershell for automation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to improve cybersecurity measures
- Maintain exceptional standards of client satisfaction and quality results
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience in Technical Support
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- ITIL certification
- Experience managing identity and access management
- Proficiency in Active Directory
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Interest in learning Powershell and scripting
- Ability to review and manage permissions effectively
- Commitment to maintaining security protocols
- Having worked with a ticket system
- Active Directory knowledge
- Advanced English and Spanish skills
- Excellent communication skills
