Role: Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Manage access for employees, contractors, and consultants via the ticketing system (create, update, revoke). Ensure access is approved and assigned correctly. Communicate status updates to partners/vendors. Provide reports and audit evidence as needed. Follow SLAs, security policies, and procedures. Maintain documentation and lists of approvers. Troubleshoot access issues and support users. Develop tools/scripts to automate tasks and improve processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT experience. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with Active Directory, Okta, ServiceNow. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project). Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
