You will be a strategic expert, leveraging your knowledge to ensure continued patient access. **The Opportunity** + Serve as the strategic expert in Real-World Evidence (RWE), proactively identifying post-launch evidence gaps and designing innovative RWE studies to address them. + Manage the lifecycle of core Health Technology Assessment (HTA) deliverables, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, for mature products. + Partner with our global affiliates to adapt and update HTA tools, providing hands-on support for countries facing re-negotiations or later launches. + Collaborate with a wide range of global and local teams, including Global Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial, to deliver integrated evidence solutions. + Act as a subject matter expert on the application of RWE for market access and the lifecycle management of HTA models. + Ensure that insights from RWE studies and updated HTA materials effectively support the ongoing value of our products and patient access. **Who You Are** + A proactive and solution-oriented professional with a passion for demonstrating product value through evidence. + You hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree (MSc, PhD, PharmD) in a quantitative discipline such as Health Economics, Epidemiology, or Statistics. + You have at least five years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a health technology assessment agency, or a consultancy. + Your experience includes designing and implementing RWE studies, developing or adapting health economic models, and hands-on experience with HTA submissions. + You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient with relevant software, such as R for statistical analysis and MS Excel with VBA for economic modeling. + You have a deep understanding of international HTA systems and payer evidence requirements Ready for the next step?
