**Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Access Control & Security Systems Engineer (Lenel OnGuard)** to provide IT support and ongoing enhancement of our client’s physical security systems in the oil & gas industry. This includes the Lenel OnGuard access control system, identity and badge management systems (AlertEnterprise Guardian/HSC), and their integration with badge readers and surveillance camera systems (Milestone xProtect). This role also supports the security case and investigation management platform (Resolver/ISMS) and related forensics analytics. **Your Impact:** + Provide technical support for facility access systems, identity/badge management platforms, and integrated surveillance systems. + Maintain and support the client’s security incident and investigation system (Resolver / ISMS), including analytics tools for forensic investigations. + Identify and pursue opportunities to simplify current system architectures, integrations, and workflows across enterprise identity and visitor management processes. + Promote automation and standardization of business workflows and identity management procedures. + Document system changes, architecture updates, and process flows; ensure effective change management, impact analysis, testing, training, and cross-team collaboration. + Collaborate with business partners to model business data, workflows, and decision rules to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and priorities. + Participate in design and configuration of site-specific implementations. + Partner with investigative services teams to conduct advanced data analysis in support of global security investigations. **Responsibilities** **Your Skills and Experience:** + Lenel Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Master Certification, required for accessing Lenel support utilities and engaging with Lenel engineering teams. + Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale access control systems and understanding of relay/PLC logic. + Advanced English communication skills + Strong technical background in access control systems configuration, data modeling, SQL Server (advanced querying), database administration, and data analytics. + Familiarity with modern IT trends such as cloud infrastructure, system integration, mobility, IoT, and data analytics platforms. **Set Yourself Apart With:** + Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management. + Understanding of Information Risk Management practices related to cybersecurity, IT compliance, and system reliability. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. **Additional information** **Hiring modality: full-time contractor, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.**
