Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
+ Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer facing environment (e.g., on-boarding customers, building and maintaining a sales pipeline).
+ Ability to communicate in Swedish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in acquisition within a start-up environment.
+ Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
+ Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve goals to drive growth.
+ Ability to think about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, including strong problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to operate and grow in a fluid environment.
Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you represent Google to a portfolio of clients, you help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

+ Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
+ Build and manage a pipeline through identification of potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams.
+ Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing, design effective marketing strategies, and deliver outstanding customer business experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
+ Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms).
