This is a fixed-term position expected to run until December 31, 2025.

The role:

As an Accelerate Office Lead, you will help drive our goals by:

Leading the Accelerate Office with clear direction, goal-setting, and team guidance.

Overseeing the transformation portfolio to ensure timely delivery, budget alignment, and measurable business impact.

Driving stakeholder engagement, addressing resistance, and supporting change adoption across the organization.

Applying program and change management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitoring progress through KPIs, managing risks, and communicating outcomes to key stakeholders.

Promoting cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience in similar roles.

Strong numerical skills, with experience working with systems and data.

Good understanding of general Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management principles, with some knowledge of Process Safety Management.

Proven experience managing complex, multi-level activities while ensuring performance delivery.

What would make you stand out:

Expertise in change management principles and methodologies.

Project management experience, ideally with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.

Statistical understanding.
