Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Expertise in providing L1,L2 support in SharePoint and file share administration

Solid understanding of SharePoint site management and configuration, including document libraries, permissions, and workflows.

Expertise in File share administration , Windows Server administration, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting

Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user authentication practices.

 

Preferred experience in Power BI, including dashboard/report development, data source configuration, and report troubleshooting.

 

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

 Certifications (Preferred):

ITIL knowledge or certification

Microsoft Certified: Power BI or other data analytics certifications.

 

 

Preferred SharePoint Certified Professional.

Excellent communication and analytical skills

 

 

Experience handling client stakeholders

 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of Experience

B.E or Equivalent qualification
