Du verstärkst dein Team in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit deiner Expertise und hast Freude daran, den Wandel voranzutreiben. In dieser Position übernimmst du die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Abteilung Finanzbuchhaltung und bist für die Zusammenführung des Teams an zwei Standorten zuständig. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen

Du stellst die termingerechte Erstellung von Jahres-, Quartals- und Monatsabschlüssen nach IFRS, HGB und RechKredV sicherDu begleitest die Migration unseres Finanzbuchhaltungssystems auf SAPDu gewährleistest die kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von ProzessabläufenNicht zuletzt wirst du in spannenden Projekten aktiv

Das bringst Du mit

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, FinanceMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen mit FührungsverantwortungLeidenschaft für Zahlen sowie analytische FähigkeitenGroßes Interesse für die aktuellen Entwicklungen der Finanzbranche Spaß an gelegentlichen Dienstreisen Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAPVerbindliches, service- und qualitätsbewusstes HandelnVerhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Kommunikationsstärke Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B1, B2)
