Absence Management Coordinator

**Position Purpose:** Assist with the administration and communication of Centene’s Leave of Absence program.
+ Prepare and maintain reports to track employees on leave to ensure timely and accurate administration of employees on a leave of absence
+ Audit data within HR and Payroll systems to confirm and track leaves of absence
+ Monitor leave of absence administrator daily status reporting and reconcile data between Centene and leave of absence administrator
+ Assist with the testing and implementation of modified leave of absence internal administration processes
+ Coordinate the delivery of applicable leave of absence communications with employees, managers, HR business partners and leave of absence administrator; including written and verbal notifications
+ Serve as the point of contact to HR business partners, payroll, managers, and external vendors to ensure timely notification of leaves of absence
**Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of human resources, leave management, disability studies, or benefits experience. Knowledge of absence management related concepts and practices such as FMLA and ADAAA. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in HRIS systems, particularly related to HRMS, disability and payroll systems preferred. Exposure to Workday preferred.
**License/Certification:**
**PHR or SPHR preferred**
Pay Range - $47,400 - $80,800

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
