Candidate Profile:
We're seeking a highly experienced marketer with a strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead our marketing efforts within Quest Global’s Aerospace and Defense vertical. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing ABM programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing targeted strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and demonstrate a deep understanding of ABM methodologies. Familiarity with leading ABM platforms—such as Demandbase or 6sense—is essential, as the marketer will help to identify and establish the tools and technologies to support the department’s vertical marketing objectives. Strong collaboration skills are also key, as close coordination with sales teams will be needed to align marketing efforts and drive revenue. The ideal professional is highly data-driven, using analytics and insights to refine campaigns, improve personalization, and optimize performance. Additionally, the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to high-value accounts will be instrumental in building relationships and influencing decision-makers. Their organizational skills will allow them to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining strategic focus. Overall, the candidate will be an ABM expert bringing experience, expertise, and an innovative approach to accelerate success that the person can also teach to others on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute ABM Strategies – Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts, aligning efforts with business goals.Leverage ABM Technology – Identify and onboard optimal ABM platform (e.g., Demandbase 6sense, Terminus, or other) to execute and measure marketing initiatives.Collaborate with Sales Teams – Work closely with sales to ensure marketing and sales alignment, supporting account-specific outreach and engagement.Personalize Content and Messaging – Develop highly customized content, messaging, and campaigns tailored to individual accounts.Analyze and Optimize Campaigns – Use data-driven insights to track performance, refine strategies, and continuously improve outcomes.Manage Multi-Channel Engagement – Oversee ABM efforts across various channels, including email, digital advertising, events, and direct outreach.Develop Account Insights – Conduct research on key accounts to identify opportunities, challenges, and decision-makers to enhance engagement.Measure and Report Results – Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on the effectiveness of ABM initiatives.Become an ABM Beacon for the Marketing Team – Create a body of best practices and guidelines for other marketing team members to follow and conduct periodic trainings on ABM to operationalize across team members.Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on ABM and vertical marketing.Exceptional understanding of ABM strategies, tools, and metrics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Experience in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense vertical is a plus.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.To be considered for this role you must be authorized to work in the United States.
