Your Role and Responsibilities

We're looking for a Certification Manager to lead and coordinate all certification-related activities within our R&D team. You'll ensure our products, processes, and systems meet international and industry standards.

This role is key to maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting product launches, and securing certifications like ISO 10218, UL, and more. You'll be the main point of contact between our internal teams, external certification bodies, and regulatory authorities, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive certification roadmap aligned with product development and Safety experts.Lead certification process execution ensuring coordination and communication between the different parts of the organization.Contribute to the certification and product safety organization and continuous improvement.Be an active member of the R&D community contributing to continuous improvement of processes and organization.

Qualifications for the Role

Minimum 5 years of experience in product certification, and proven ability to manage multiple certification projects simultaneously, with strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable plans.Strong English communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, auditors, and certification bodies. Fluency in Swedish or Chinese is required depending on your work location.High level of accuracy in documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.Experience in working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Legal teams, etc.Knowledge of ISO 10218-1/2, UL 1740 and/or other relevant standards for industrial Robots and AMR.
