High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in asbestos abatement preferred. 1. Physical stamina and ability to work in hazardous environments with appropriate protective gear. 1. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 1. Must pass a federal background check **OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Keep the jobsite clean by keeping it clear of all trash, unused paint materials, etc. 1. Any other duties assigned by Sandblaster/painter, foreman or supervisor. **SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & REQUIREMENTS:** 1. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time) 1. The Helper/Laborer must be able to follow specific directions. 1.
