ABA Clinical Supervisor
Northeast Family Services is a premier and rapidly growing mental health provider with over 20 years' experience providing in-person, in-home, and telehealth services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are seeking a professional and caring ABA Clinical Supervisor to join our growing Massachusetts team!  The ABA Program Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for carrying a small caseload and also providing training and supervision to staff within the ABA program across the state. As a clinician, the clinical supervisor will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, development of treatment plans, provision of family consultations and trainings, supervision of behavior technicians, and direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. As a supervisor, the clinical supervisor will be responsible for providing ongoing supervision to staff in the ABA program, be available to answer clinical and procedural questions, and also provide supervision to staff within NFS who are pursuing the BCBA credential.  Qualifications: Current BCBA Certification Current LABA License Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders and (ASD) Autism Spectrum Disorder Significant experience in providing high quality ABA services Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA Registered supervisor with the BACB and in good standing with the BACB Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions Experience with Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R or other related assessments Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Word and Excel Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle Availability to work morning, after school and evening hours Monthly CEU events offered at no cost to NFS employees  Participation in all offered CEU events will meet the BACB's CEU requirement for recertification Benefits: (Full time employees) Health, dental & vision 3 weeks paid vacation 11 Paid holidays  (including Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and NY Eve.)
